Industries
I have coached leaders from a diverse range of industries and functions, including:
Healthcare
Finance
General Management
Human Resources
Technology
Marketing
Education
Non-profit
Approach
I am both warm and direct. I lead with empathy and perception — listening with intention and curiosity.
Experience
With 20 years of business experience, I bring to coaching an ability to empathize with leaders, understanding the unique challenges they face. My proven method establishes a safe environment to dig deeper into what is limiting their greatness. Previously, I spent nearly 10 years at DaVita Healthcare Partners in various roles — including Internal Strategy, Field Operations for DaVita’s dialysis business and, more recently, leading a region of DaVita’s multi-specialty business. My business experience also includes roles in strategic leadership at Providence Health & Services, coaching/teaching through Johnson & Johnson’s Management Fellows Program and hospital consulting with Triage Consulting Group.
Education
I hold a B.A. in Economics from UCLA and an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Business. I am a member of the Hudson Institute of Coaching, the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and am both a certified Leadership Circle Profile and Myers-Briggs practitioner.
Personal
I live in Los Angeles with my husband, two children and two Labradoodles.
